dont see any reason for this, there is a fund commitee, and at present we have 4 applications in from the alottment fire, which are being delt with, getting 4 applications at once takes time to deal with, it was as thought we had enough in the funds without having another sale, but the situation has changed with 4 applications at once, those are under consideration, application forms if required can be downloaded from the site, on the home page, under funds,

letters of resignations are read out at the agm, but how can members accept or not accept, ??? if someone resigns they resign, in the situation above it was different he wanted to resign as a member and jion as a partner, cant see why you have to get a proposer and seconder to say its ok for someone to resign ???

If you put in a letter of resignation without saying at a certain date etc you are resigning as the date of the letter, ok the secretary could have withdrawn it, but now you would have to put a letter in asking for your resignation to be withdrawn, then it will be up to the members at the agm, dont see any reason for them to refuse if you just want to change your mind,

never use beach sand, its got sand mite in it and very hard to get rid off,
