dont know if they know this, probably do now, but even before that, not disputing some are not getting good service, have heard a few complaints, i dont deal a lot but do and have done for a couple of years and get their catalouge sent to me each year, dont know what their depot is like, but they look like they put up a good stand at Blackpool, thats me talking about looking, cant say anything on service, there

I have used B&R and always had good service,

it depends on the members donating the birds letting him know when they will be ready, or you contacting him, its Chocolate from the site who is the donor, I donated a bird in a previous sale, I contacted the buyer etc to arrange to get them, birds are not always ready at the finnish of a sale,

done a release of whites at a local supermarket a couple of years ago with them, photos etc on the site
