If i can remember we charged £30 each entry Charlie from sunderland who raced the birds got a percentage of the entry money to feed and train the birds we paid out 3 prizes the winner was Stevie Barbour from scotland when Richard comes on the forum he will remember im sure

We have had a one loft race on the old forum before Richard started pigeon basics the birds were housed at a loft in Sunderland i cant remember how much it was for entry Richard might be of more help.

Ribble you wont meet a nicer bloke than Frank he lives about 15 miles from me in a village called swillington just out side of Leeds i used to go buy corn from him years ago and competed against him when i flew north road you can see with is set up Franks not short of money and he will have bought the best from Belgium give him a ring you will be made most welcome the kettle used to be always on when i visited.

Why dont you do a yb swap example if say we had 16 members willing to give a yb to the forum the 16 ybs are put in a hat and drawn out by the webmaster the person pays the carraige the best performance of the young bird wins a prize for the breeder and the person who raced it ill donate £100 to be split breeder and racer.
