is it not the case, that the batteries are guaranteed for 5 years?http://forum.pigeonbasics.org/public/style_emoticons/default/emoticon-0138-thinking.gif I have had my system for over 5 years, and as yet, have not had to replace any batterieshttp://forum.pigeonbasics.org/public/style_emoticons/default/emoticon-0138-thinking.gif
-
I asked about batteries at the Unikon stall in Blackpool, and was told both the base station and the pocket clock have batteries, but it is the base station that needs replaced long before the pocket clock

I was sitting watching tv when I heard a "thud" on the back door, on looking out the kitchen window I observed the sky filled with crows, making a terrible noise. (I had my natural cocks out for the first time, since the racing stopped) as I opened the back door, to my surprise a Hawk at my feet on top of a yearling cock, I took my shoe off and threw it, hitting the hawk, enough for it to release the bird. The poor bird made it,s way in between my 4 wheely bins, only to be followed by this hawk, on pulling a bin out, the hawk took off. Fortunately the bird has minimal damage. I still have 5 cocks out thoughhttp://forum.pigeonbasics.org/public/style_emoticons/default/emoticon-0138-thinking.gif Thats them shut up again for a whilehttp://forum.pigeonbasics.org/public/style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif
