Would it be an idea, to have a cut off date when folks can join? so that folks can not decide to join near the end of the season JMO

Just back from the SNFC Clermont marking station, and the majority of talk was of the high temperatures forecast for Friday, down South, 36 degrees at one point. How do you think birds will fair in such high temperatures?
