  3. Saw this on FB, apparently it is a fancier from down South making his way through the floods to get his birds to the marking station, determined to take part in tomorrows race. here's hoping he wins the race
  4. Now that for some the young bird season is under way, which Basics members involved in the sites Breeder/Buyer competition, still have their youngster? I myself still have the youngster bred by Andy Burgess, and to be raced by me my other 2 entries are currently awol from my disaster toss on Wednesday, but may turn up yet

  16. What do members think about the distance of young birds first race, some clubs start at 40 miles while others start at 80+ miles. Is 40 miles too short? or is 80 miles too far? what do you think? and why? What is the furthest you would jump a young bird? Thank You
