hi lads , birds are fine , got up this morning they were jumping out there skins . they had a light feed this morning and ate up. let them out hungry and soon as they came down had them straight in , i shall keep them of the ground i think. thanks for all your help people . good to know you got help when needed.

have not fed them , will see how they are tomorrow, thanks for help everybody.

steady on lads i will be sleeping in the loft all night. lol . just been and had a look , there is no more coughing up. they have settled down for night , nothing on floor or perches so just keep fingers crossed. all seamed to happen in a couple of hours & then stopped.

they brought up corn , i did find some bits of food that had spilled the other day.

they were picking at plants , some purple coloured ones a bit like nettles. just had a look at them , they are not being sick anymore but just look a bit sorry for themselves.

have only lived here 10 months , i dont know if the previuos owner did.

hi, let young birds out this dinner time , second time out . they went on the garden and were pecking on ground about one hour later were vomiting . they have been a pic of health , have cleaned all dirty food out ,changed water , cleaned loft again . they seam to have settled a bit , any advice apreciated.

i never had all these cures and tonics ect 30 years ago, birds still flew well and kept healthy with good feed , clean loft , perhaps all these things you get now are just to part us from hard earned cash . all the tonics in the world wont make a bad bird win. did you have a good holiday oldyellow.
