Hi mate, It could be split into two lofts, but I'd prefer to try and sell it as it stands. I don't think its that big, fairly small setup considering other fanciers loft set ups. It would only be another couple of trees you'd have to remove I'd even give you a hand to build it back up lol Alb, Colin.

I've been asked when in 2014 am I moving......all going well it will be early Feb. Ideally I'd like the loft removed well before this date. Help will be provided to dismantle the loft. Colin.
