when you've had young bird sickness as often as i've had it mate then believe me i know what i'm looking for i've heard it all before "the parents are carriers.it's in the loft.my birds were flying with the boys across the road" and so on.I'ts an airborne virus and anyone can get it.and i deal with it the way i know how to end of

can't argue with you but all i can say is i've bred young birds for fanciers out of my race team who i can safely say have all had y/b sness and guess what "they never get it" (smarty2)

in my view cameron too many fanciers didn't serve their "time" with the doos i've been around the doos since i started the school and there's fanciers coming into the game now who just wan't to add water and get instant success with van this and van that' ther not like a car you just can't add petrol and make them go they take a lot of looking after and ps i don't finish work till 6 and i get fed at 9 after the doo's are sorted

correct and this is why i didn't compete in the first two races.i am not one of these "DESPERADOS" averages and the like mean nowt to me unless i'm still involved in the last race read the signature on my avatar "short time y/b's long time o/b's" it's been there since i joined the basics

got to disagree with you on that one.i had it last year and the youngsters went on to win 4 races from 6 after i cured them of ecoli i was 2nd and 3rd in one of the other two races

i know fanciers that have had it and good fanciers at that and they've admitted they've had but always claim they got it before the season starts but it's funny how they never turn up with the full team at the first race

i've used the same one every year except last year when i used belgamco.It worked but took a wee bit longer to kick in than the product i normally use(amoxycillin) so this year back on the amoxy 4 days droppings 90% after 6 days 100%

it always amazes me the amount of fanciers that tell me they've never ever had it but follow the claim up by asking what i treat them with (smarty2)(smarty2)

my 1st toss 2 weeks ago with 77 y'bs had 15 on the day ended up with 62 over a couple of days 1 reported dead in rosyth and 1 reported last night by davie liddle in forfar,you'll get the most of these bluer tooner,i think a bop went into mine as i had 3 return with injuries anyway hope you get the most of them cos i know how you'll be feeling
