one of your subs will come on in place of alex brian but it will be in the order that you've set them out providing it can make up a formation i,e there must be at least 3 defenders in your team so if your first choice sub is a midfielder then it will select your next one till they find a defender to replace alex hoe this clarifies it for you a wee bit martin
