here in bedford,the council will only legally allow an 10 x 8 loft with a max of 12 birds and that includes young too !!! obviously fanciers have more than that,but,as yet no one complains !!!!

depends on if you are keeping fancy or racing pigeons ? is it off the ground,if,not,raise it up before you even think of putting pigeons in it !!!!

try looking for pigeon sites in russia as they have a lot of fancy pigeons there and also sites in the middle east !!!!! dont know the names of sites but came accross them by accident in the internet some months ago,hope this helps in your search? sorry i cant help you more !!!
