  1. NIPA are back this weekend. NIPA, Ulster Fed, ECF are in Bude tomorrow, INFC are in Sennon Cove today and not sure about our southern friends or the EDC. With North West winds all weekend you will be sure to see alot more. Eamon
  2. I offer at a bargain price of £120 for the pair. I paid alot more than that for them and only took 5 Ybs out them, 2 of which flew programme last year. The pair are both rung NL 07 and are superb handling pigeons and rear superb handling Ybs. Full original pedigree to buyer. buyer to pay carraige. Delivery to UK no problem through John Millar.     I have three tosses over and have lost 2 each toss. Second toss i had 42 up and all came broken up throughout the day. Unfortunatley hawks are everywhere and i think it is pot luck when you liberate and you have got to hope they get a clean run home. Once you get 4-6 tosses things normally settle down with the birds catching on that they have to get home quickly. P.S I hope all the young missing on this thread work in, they somtimes surprise you.   7. Liberated my Ybs at 6am this morning in beautiful blue skies from 10 miles. 42 up 38 back so far. All broke up biggest batch i got was 4, but good education.
  8. 8 missing from 15 - We were in Talbenny, lots of empty perches
  9. Cant see Talbenny birds going before Sunday
  10. Mine must all do Penzance 304 miles. I will be trying 3 in St Malo this year for first time 444 miles.
  11. Mine go today for first, 7 miles. Been roaming for 1 1/2 hours.
  12. NIPA are in Talbenny S Wales 192 miles and including a bit of water inbetween. Any Welsh guys be able to see lib?
  13. Hi David, my ybs are flying 1 1/2 hours at present and are roaming for about 1hr 10mins of that and they are being fed 1 1/4 oz per day. They are being fed 40% Cowood special (no maize) from GEM and 60% moulting mix (plenty of maize). You have to make your own mind up regards feeding and what works. Jimmy White also has good advice - Hungry YBs wont fly.

  15. I agree that not all winners have to look nice but judging this bird alone and the condition even though it is in the moult it is terrible jmo.

  23. Never had any luck with Grizzles and cant hold reds or mealies? But - A pigeon will win if they are good enough no matter what colour of coat they are wearing. Its just getting the right ones. SL
  24. At my shut off point i had 60 for racing, now down to 57 but all batched up well and hope to start training in 2 weeks time.
