2 Peregrines have decided once again to nest in the Moira area N Ireland. These birds have hit my pigeons the last 2 times they were out, killing on the second visit. The birds are now confined to the loft. The peregrines have hit many batches on race days, particularly the batches heading towards the Ballymena area as we are in their line of flight, and they have also hit the Fed pigeons on occasions. This is another new pair to the area as the last pair dissappeared??. Any fanciers concerned or want to know more can send me a pm. They were last spotted at 8.30am yesterday morning where i seen them fly for 15 mins before dropping. They are located in the Maralin quarry area. Best looked at now as opposed to March or April.
