Sale ends tonight at 8.59.59. Could anyone who is bidding please try to do it on the thread as there is 11 lots and i dont think i could get alot of pm bids up in time so if the pm bids were kept to a minimum it would be appreciated. Eamon.

We started with 43 young birds for the first training toss and i split them last night and there were 26 left. We lost 10 in first race and 4 in Talbenny on Sat with odd ones in between. After 26 tosses there were 43/43 so the season has baffled me. I thought they were trained enough to get home on Sat but we had strong West winds in the first two races and i know they crossed the water as i had one in Scotland. Next year i plan to have a smaller team (30) as they are easier to manage and look after.

1/5 dissapointed. Lots of birds home in the Lurgan Centre. Guys clocking 7 & 8.

I was talking to John on Thursday. He had a heart attack but that was 4 weeks ago. He is back on the road from 2 weeks ago. Eamon

Best in Lurgan Centre T Fitzpatrick 13.04 flying 193 miles. Vel 1057. Seems to be lots of birds home.

Heard they were going through parts of Dublin at 10.35 this morning in small kits. Birds have been clocked near this time.
