Today, the Stock Loft Of Walter Masson, Inverallochy was attacked by a murderous villain. The carnage can be seen on the attached photos. Some of the finest old long distance bloodlines were killed in the attack. Some 18 adult and 6 young birds were killed. Only a few were eaten but nearly all had been decapitated. Killed for fun. Poor Walter is devastated with the loss of his stock and some old favourites that are now gone and cannot be replaced. Descriptions of the “varmint†seen leaving the property would point to the dreaded Pine Martin.

Well I thought it would be, but no. There have been Fed winners in 5 different clubs so far. So the nom can be won anywhere. Can folk nae pick a good doo or are they afraid to part wi the £25.

The North Of Scotland Federation 2 Bird Nom is still open for participants until Friday 25th at 10PM. If it’s not supported, there won’t be another one.
