  14. Our Club has used the Eastcoast Software club results programme for a few years now. There are a few glitches with it and it is no longer supported by an administrator. What other programs are available that do results and can also do averages etc . I see the RPRA have issued a free programme to their members. I wonder if SHU have any plans to follow suit.

Young Logan put in a lot of work this week trying to get an edge and it has paid off big time. An excellent performance on a really tuff day when returns have been poor for a lot of fanciers. Logan also wins the £10 nom. As the day has gone, returns at clocks were mostly half.

It’s taken 4 years and a lot of ups and downs for him to finally be able to get rid of that novice title. He will be the first to admit he has failed his pigeons for quite a long time. Some honest words of advise, a change of attitude and commitment along with some friendly banter has seen him turn a corner and hopefully have more success going forward. Once again well done Matthew. Colin wins the £10 nom.

Also new member Gavin in 10th club in his first ever race. Returns were slow and most birds have worked back home from the west. On a sadder note, it’s Alec Geddes’s last day as an active pigeon man. He has had to give them up due to recent ill health. He will still keep an interest especially as young Logan Lindsay has taken Alecs birds home to Fyvie and is looking forward to racing his bloodlines Next year.
