We have to register our birds with the NEHU - and send the ring cards in - in order to race the birds However - if they are registered with the NEHU - and reported to them as found the owner is notified. The only problem with this is people tend to report to other unions (IF REPORTED AT ALL) - and not necessarily the NEHU
