    GRAND NATIONAL

Cloudy Lane. Mark my words. Some familys are just born to dominate certain things and the McCains are the Grandnational
  6. I have sadly had this done to me in the past. I was 13 when I found someone had killed all my birds, Very devasting to open loft door and be greeted by this. I hope the member bounces back from it and the bird killer recieves same or worst treatment I gave the man who killed mine. Very sick to do this to any living thing. Thugs!!!
  7. Does anyone have the number of the sec of the Haddington pigeon club??

  11. Think e bay sell rings on there. I am needing around 20 myself.
  12. Have you got youngster picked out Gareth? Just curious what breeding your one is?
  13. I never recommended it to anyone. I have only asked as I have noticed some people dont like to use it but I have been advised by many to use it for a serious problem and if birds are dying or possibly going to die from the symptoms. I my self had a bad problem last season when my birds were going paralysed then dead within 12 hours. Treated with furosol (Think thats spelling) and thankfully the problem was gone within 2 days. Now to me the problem that foxes is talking about seems very bad ad birds going light and looking ill are the first symptoms of major problems. Thats why I asked the question "why not use batryl"... Was not recommending it but asking why not to use it when people buy it for bad cases in the bird team.
  14. Why is Batryl always given as a no no?? I have been told same as Thomas and to use Batryl when the time is needed? I have all kinds of medicine in my cupboard but I get told to use Batryl by most of the older fanciers. Is it a bad thing?
  15. This is her full brother. Not actually got picture of the hen in my camera. Looks similar but she has more white than this fella
  16. My hen is from a belgium cock that I bought from Chris Little. He is a very good cock indeed
  17. I have grizzle hen your welcome too. Nice hen and well bred. Just got too many at the moment
  18. Did you get approched to donate Derek? Your about the only big name on there that I dont see that usually has a bird in sale?
  19. Very good sale list, Well done to all who are behind this
  20. Think its a good one yeah
  21. £1 Does not seem too bad to me either am affraid
  22. Or very good friends in the Game birds buisiness
  23. Ooops sorry people.... EMTRYL is what I use... Sorry about that
  24. Never said I use it for canker. I give them it to treat for all sorts. My pigeons finish showing in late January then paired up feb so I treat with this before I pair up. I have had bad cases in the past with cocci and even batryl never sorted it. Had to get vet and he sorted me out. Lost 5 very good birds so I will stick to giving my birds Batryl when I do as I wont take a hit like that again. Sorry if bad advice but I do it and will happily keep doing it
  25. I only mentioned what I use to treat my birds. They get 5 days of the treatment before I pair up. Everyone does there own thing and this is mine so hardly say very poor advice :-/
