lanarkshire had the same last year with youngbirds just over the 100 mile once don't think it harmed them as yearlings this year seen many folk timing from the snfc races with yearling's
i hope you guys get some better racing you deserve a break
17 tosses i reckon my last today looks a safer bet with a flag the peregrine's are haunting the doo's
sent 45 today 20 mile i reckon there must have been 600 birds away in total
5 land very jumpy
the next batch10 birds 20 mins later come back within seconds peregrine above them forcing them to gain height and circle the peregrine with seagulls coming to the rescue chasing the *expletive removed* away
last bird home 3 hours after liberation from 20 mile looking forward to the first youngbird race not :o :o :-/
you would be happy if that happened as you were dead against it at the start of the season
lanarkshire would be mad not to do the same next year
and hopefully some more convoying with english nationals
well this year was very close to another first for the west section from alencon
they hills must have got a lot of good birds over the years who were tired and easy prey

maybe a yacht going to see will toss it you never know there might be a british yacht returning
when you see the names on the lsc members list then you soon realize there are some top quality members
the lsc members from first to last race are not far from the top of the results in lanarkshire federation or the snfc
and into the bargain they have some right good social nights during the winter
good luck to you i am looking forward to the youngbirds as well hopefully i can do as well as i done last year in my club
hopefully we get some good races and great returns but somehow i am worried
