no i keep them all for myself

i fly natural birds on the kinbbotherd system .i just let birds pair and let them get on with it.keeping them healthy and happy.got told from more experienced fanciers i would need to do more than this.proved them wrong

i proberly don,t train enough before 1st O/B race as never seem to win it. i have my reasons like a few other fanciers. 1 if O/B cant come home from 70 80 mile in a couple of hours then it is not much good any way 2 tranning alot at anytime means your birds get stressed alot more through getting caught in loft and put in basket.that not long after the stresses and strains of breeding. 3 tranning alot you run your birds through the gauntlet of predators more. 4 some of us aim to do well or our best at the later end of season not the start. only 4 of my reasons

just out of curiosity now but how old are the parents of the 2 yb mentioned

algee £75 for the 4 and gladly pay carriage but then again maybe no as i don,t fancy my chance or yours cem if wee get in young Jamie's way of picking his yb.

my 1st trainer is from 10 mile y/b or o/b .don,t have that many just enough to get their wee brains switched on again.as i think birds should be getting fit flying round house.it is also along season for the best of them.

MY MUM IS ALWAYS LOOKING OUT FOR ME AND SENT ME THIS IN AN E MAIL PLEASE PASS ON TO YOUR FRIENDS & FAMILY. I received a call from a 'representative' of BT, informing me that he was dis-connecting me because of an unpaid bill. He demanded payment immediately of £31.00 or it would be £ 118.00 to re-connect at a later date. The guy wasn't even fazed when I told him I was with Virgin Media, allegedly VM have to pay BT a percentage for line rental! I asked the guy's name - he gave me the very 'English' John Peacock with a very 'African' accent - & phone number - 0800 0800 152. Obviously the fellow realized I didn't believe his story, so offered to demonstrate that he was from BT. I asked how & he told me to hang up & try phoning someone - he would dis-connect my phone to prevent this. AND HE DID !! My phone was dead - no engaged tone, nothing - until he phoned me again. Very pleased with himself, he asked if that was enough proof that he was with BT. I asked how the payment was to be made & he said credit card, there & then. I said that I didn't know how he'd done it, but I had absolutely no intention of paying him, I didn't believe his name or that he worked for BT. He hung up. I dialled 1471 - number withheld I phoned his fictitious 0800 number - not recognized. so I phoned the police to let them know. I wasn't the first! It's only just started apparently, but it is escalating. Their advice was to let as many people as possible know of this scam. The fact that the phone does go off would probably convince some people it's real, so please make as many friends & family aware of this. How is it done? This is good but not that clever. He gave the wrong number - it should have been 0800 800 152 which takes you through to BT Business. The cutting off of the line is very simple, he stays on the line with the mute button on and you can't dial out - but he can hear you trying (This is because the person who initiates a call is the one to terminate it). When you stop trying he cuts off and immediately calls back. You could almost be convinced! The sad thing is that it is so simple that it will certainly fool the elderly and vulnerable. By the way this is not about getting the cash as this would not get past merchant services - it is all about getting the credit card details which include the security number so that it can be used for far larger purchases.

their was only 3 of them in it. i have a hen in loft 1st open xmus race 09 that was her 1st race.their will be a few members on hear with birds that have put up better performances than that 1st time up.with 2 loft managers and a coach .the coach being a top fancier and breeder of champion racers with years and yearS of experance. with all his team Tyson won,t have to watch out for the guy that beat him he will have to watch out for the kid who rolls his wee loft out from garage .he gets birds a bit more settled and gets a decent trap he will beat them ON HIS OWN

with the wind behind the birds 60 mile ph best of luck if you want to buy them.on a calm day birds will do between 40 and 45 mph.like to see how his birds do in head wind. 80 mile race now that sounds like a distance some of the national boys train their birds from but not with wind behind their birds. jo mick and tam sent 5 birds each to a race between themselves jo was delighted he was 3rd .he said happy with that 3rd i am normally last. hope the program brings on some real racing with thousands of birds in it. would also like it to highlight the problem with birds or prey

RULES all ring numbers to be with Ian McKay by 30th April NO LATER. at the end of all yb racing any yb performances to be sent to Ian McKay with detials of what bird has done and club and fed sectaries phone numbers so as birds performance can be verified. all birds put forward will be verified then when bird has been verified will be put in front of 3 Judges their decision is final .

I hope the birds start going further out as program goes on .would also like to see a race whare birds race in to wind or even on to their side.it will be good to see how mike tysons lot get on in a real race with club and fed if they have a fed. how many of us would have done a few thing different with birds knowing it was going to be on tv

picked up 2 yb,s yesterday at 4 o'clock going to somerset one loft .phone call at 12 noon today from somerset one loft to say yb,s are now in loft. THANKS TO BOTH

try and rattle a plastic bottle with small stones in it you soon get dogs attention it also costs nowt.

get an electric collar and try it on yourself if it does not hurt like a bitchh try it on dog.using a kids water gun can BACKFIRE .if the dog likes water it will be a new game for it.their is collars you can get that let out a small spry of water and a fiss sound that stops the dog and gives it a small fright. i would go for the cheep option which is get a plastic bottle and put small stones in it . if you have any older birds that don,t race put them in cage. when dog goes for them give bottle a right rattle and shout no. keep repeating this the dog will soon get the message.WITH OUT CAUSING DOG ANY PAIN.Don,t forget to reward or praise the dog when it stops going for them.

lots 40 and 44 will be bred same way as yb,s that won for me in 2010 location wallyford east lothian near edinburgh
