I have been loaned a book called Loft Stock& barrel by Barry McNicholas. He says to cut 1in of the end of the tail feathers and trim the tiny one around the vent also another tip he gives the bird Effamol capsules, giving it 1 aday for 8 days. hope it works Its a good read this book
