Hya Guys, I am led to believe that trained raptors are discouraged from "killing" racing pigeons, because if they cann't kill them 1st strike the raptor will persue and soon end up out of range of its handler. (one lost and hungry raptor) If this is the general training policy of responsible raptor owners then I feel we have little to fear from these birds on race day, lib points,routes,or at exercise around home. Therefore any raptor handlers viewing this site could gain valuable info on where NOT to train thier birds. yours in sport mO.

Can anyone help me trace the Breeder of SU 00P 4857 it was entered and then bought at the SUN CITY race by a S/African fancier. From the info at hand I assume he bought it way back then. The fancier would like to contact the original owner/breeder who entered the bird. Thanks in advance mO.

Elderberry. great as a prevenative of YBS also add cinnomon. First pick ya berries, the bush is poision except the flowers and the berrys. I cut a head of berries into a bucket, then use a fork to remove the berries from the stems. then scold with boiling water. allow to cool. press the berries and extract the juice with a fine sieve. add ground cinnomon to whats left, dilute to a burgundy colour and bottle. keep in a fridge. Dilute when using to a nice rosey colour. IF NOWT ELSE ITS A GOOD SOURCE OF VITAMIN C. I have used the above for quite a few years, all home made nun pence NONE DEAD yet. Also berry ICE cubes just add one to a 5lt drinker.
