No mistake on the velocity No wind at the racepoint what you dont realize our birds have to cross the Cairgorms mountain range when the forcast shown on tv there is always a seperate forcast for for hill walkers and mountain climbers These two forcast can be miles apart The last two races the birds came out of the south the velocitys were mega high thats roughly how we know they crossed over the mountain range They usually come out from the West

For this type of off country side and the Y/Bs going there for there first time They certainly adopted there way home I had 8 fae 10 and 2 the next day Am well pleased with that Returns for the other club members were much the same Its great to go to a club hut where evey one mucks in gets the birds through and then sit down for a cuppa and have a wee laugh Great harmony Well done Lee and all the guys Davie makes a great Cuppa
