Theres to much negative comments on social media about racing pigeons in general . Any person looking at these ..from the rspb or similar are going to think that they don't give a toss anyway as most people hate the sport but instead of trying to make it better they just post all doom and gloom

On the subject of BOP the rspb are actually hiring companies to go around city centres take the rings out of the perigrinnes nest as they got caught in Norwich town hall doing so by someone filming surely that got to be illegal

Good morning all

Thanks for your thoughts on the matter but personally if we no by experience in years gone by that these flying conditions = disaster where birds are flown out and take weeks to recover before they even see a training basket let alone a race basket .why do we not do the most sensible thing and think of the pigeons and cancel ....as I'm sure most guys would rather miss a weekend than nurse there pigeons back to fitness which may take weeks

East winds is this the main cause thatthe weekend racing was absolutely rubbish .with birds returning looking like they have flown 1000 mile surly if it is then why do we liberate or basket even ...any suggestions to why racing was poor is welcome
