was a good agm good that there sorting out the finances and we have a 600 mile race back on the program ,as for the 2 inland races not really in favour of them but they are a good earner for the club
intersting the 60+miles from kelso thats maybe the average but there are lofts that are flying 48 49 miles and that is the problem with a big fed to much of a gap from shortest to longest flying lofts especialy in the young birds
wat you have to realise is lanarkshire is a big fed and the likes of the kelso race you have members flying 40 odd miles at one end and around 70 odd at the other so the problem is trring to get a program that suits all members we ourselves were at the fourth race and were only at 80 miles
my brother lives 10 mins from beachy head said it was about 15degrees at lib time but a wee cloudy saw the midland fed transporter coming back through eastbourne at 9.15 along wi one from kilmarnock best of luck everyone but i think it will be over 10 hours into the west
