Since late Friday afternoon most telephone lines have been off and some internet connections in West Cumbria.Going by the local news copper thieves have caused the problem.There are still some people with out phone/internet connections at this moment.Luckily my phone line was OK. but had no internet till the early hours of this morning. Some poor family could have been wanting the emergency services and struggled because of these thoughtless actions. :emoticon-0179-headbang: Lindsay

I was always lead to believe that captive birds were not covered by the same protection as wild BOP.I wonder if the law differs in Scotland ?? Thanks for the link. I hope there's some sort of error in the prosecutions evidence which might help him avoid a serious sentence but it looks as though they have him by the danglies.
