The last 4 Nationals have been terrible, there is no hiding the facts, but its been bad for a number of years. 1997 - 2007 we never raced a single bird in a national.. the old boy had had enough.. Janefield Paul won his Gold award.. i think it there were only 27 birds in race time... thats 20 years ago!! The grim facts are Bedhampton/ alencon/ ypres / ancenis Birds entered 10,041 Birds on results 1053 8.8% made the result... yes more work in we all know that... but christ...that isnt good reading... Personaly i was looking to get back into the national scene... basically something different... but looking at it..i cant justify it... the whole thing needs an overhaul... and im not having a pop at anyone... but its the truth.. You need a mix of some sort of youth on the panel...( hard to find in this game i know) fresh ideas a new outlook.. Doing the same thing over and over...getting the same end product...insanity.. SNFC & SNRPC convoying tiny teams of birds to too many nationals... if people dont start pulling together Now.. you can forget about it... Well done to everyone that got good times and wins ect over the national season.. but it dosnt paper over the cracks for me... Guys that have been wiped out, hopefully yous stick at it..i feel for anyone losing their doos... but will it change.. it takes a movement for that. Atb with the Yb season guys

A poor uttoxter and leicester put us well behind tam... but the have been spot on since.. i feel for Big Andy, he has had a great season ..i expected a good ypres result but i also expected andy to be well in.. hey, we have been their ourself.. Could be 3 x1st west sections and a National win in 4 seasons.. From "wee sprint doos that are no good over 250 miles" 😂😂😂😂😂😉 Cheers guys Atb with the yb's -
Cheers tam... nice way to finish

Im looking thru the posts.. and fair play to the lads that got them.. well done.. But words like hard and tough race.. Its been a *expletive removed* disgrace!! Seriously look at it... of what we know numbers wise... Take section A out of it... ( and again well done to they boys and the winner) Add all the other section birds together there is less than 2% of the birds home !! Not 20% and they will work in...*expletive removed* 2%!!! Its been a chernobyl... lets not butter it up... 0/1 here.

Maybe the best post iv seen on here..!! MNFC NIPA NFC all the best transport available. Do they have bad races,, of course they do, but on days like saturday you would have to be insane not to think that a state of the art transporter would not have helped.. The main issue why its not happened isnt even about the birds... thats the sad thing... he dosnt like this one they dont like him... that there is whats killing the doo game... guys have pops at others.. *expletive removed* i like a bit of banter like most... but try my best to be respectful to others opinions.. Its time to stop the bitching and moaning about otganisations and put the birds first.. will we get bad races in the LRPF transporter ?? Of course we will...thats modern pigeon racing... but expletive remove give them the best opertunity.. 5/17 from Saturday. Hard to take...not gonna lie.. but i was gutted the way the race panned out for all... 6000 plus doos kinda got me thinkn we could get back to the old days with Nationals... i want everyone to have a great race, to encourage it..

Passed it on tommy

There was no other option but to go,,, holding the birds any longer in the transporter would have been worse.. hindsight is a great thing,,, There must be other factors .. hawks..atmosphere etc... its all guess work. What i would say ... is the glasgow Fed returns seem to be good at 300miles... libbed later... different transport..

4/17 5 different Fed toppers 2 2nd Fed winning hens 1 national winning cock All missing... Very hard to take... Well done the early times,, dont think anyone is to blame... spoke to guys racing 170miles from bedhampton ..their first birds were shattered with the heat... Lets hope we all get doos working in... some top doos out their.
