i think u will find it is DEFRA regulations but i dont think u will find many couriers that enforce it, a rung bird is tracable to an owner an unrung is not. ps thay would be ok if u put address rings on them.

both lofts have slidding perspex pannels inside the bay fronts to shut out rain,
