  1. Hi looking for the above honeysuckle lofts the flyier was Derek and he flew with his wife. I believe they specialised in janssens. I bought pigeons off him at Blackpool some 10-12 yr ago when I was a young lad and he told me to come back to his stall before I went home where he gifted me 2 hens first pigeons I bred of these both topped the fed. Just getting back in the game and would love to get some more of his super birds. I believe he flew way down south possibly Essex anyway just can't seem to find anything relating to him any more. Any info be great. Thanks in advance Hibby
  2. Sorry for the belated reply just seen this thread. Thank you all. Great site you have here
  3. im wondering if im getting the barless mixed up. They may have been wildermeesch (spelling)and it may have been the blue and white cocks which were boizard was only 15 yr old at the time and im struggling to remember. All i do know hes been trying and trying to track some boizards down.
  4. Thanks for the quick replies! what it is the lad i fly with (ive been away from sport for 10 yrs) has been trying to track some down but having no luck and he hasn't tried internet as he is an older bloke and not to up to date with all the technology. Any how like i said when i flew with him 10 plus years ago he did very well out the channel with these birds and i think in general he has a soft spot for them so im doing my best to track some down (say thank you for taking me under his wing again. his Boizards were from louella also but he put across into them (kirkpatrick, as louella are known for inbreeding to the wick) and they came good. but the hardest part at the mo is just trying to find any. such a shame to think the way the sport is going how many of the great families will fall by the way side. thanks again everyone Hibb
  5. Hi there lads and lasses first post and I have a feeling it's a long shot! Looking for some one with boizard family pigeons for sale. I know there an old breed and after days of research Im starting to think maybe this once great family have died out looking for some to cross into other long distance families but all I can find Is the history of the family on louella, they don't seem to keep them any more or anyone else for that matter. So does anyone have or know of anyone else with these birds still? I seem to remember the ones I seen 10 yr ago were silver/mealy barless birds and looked amazing but also flew great aswell . Regards Hibb
