when do you consider "stock hens" to be in there prime ?? what age do you stop breeding from them ? does the value of the off-spring diminish as time goes on

welcome home, if they have been well fed till now , will do them no harm at all in my opinion .an old neighbour of mine used not feed them at all on a Thursday because of his work pattern ,that was ALL year round and he still won .

the one we bought got smashed up ,the 3 we entered ,unfortunately the buyer didnt get the chance to race them .
