yes got to be fair before the bann which was caused by liverpool fans english clubs where on a whole the best sides in europe but lots of things have changed if you look at the teams then they all had some incredable scottish players in them sadly very few of that sort of quality now the same with the irish and welsh players where there is still some english players the game now is full of overpaid foreigners who have and are stiffling the progress of home grown talent untill that changes and we get back to normal the scottish and english game will stagnate time for a change JMO
