hi Flyin Couriers dont waste your time going to Tipton (never even heard of it) Saturday week get yourself to Dublin for THE big show ask the fanciers on here some if not most of the good birds come from Ireland lol and bring your boyfriend and do a LOT of Christmas shopping LOL and meet some of the NICE people hope you get your loft build and I don't think you need worry about birds as everyone on this site is interested in promoting the sport some may only be able to give advice but that's important also and others will not see you stuck for birds you only have to read some of the threads on here I wish you all the best for the future in the sport and if you make it to the Dublin show I'll be the guy asking what do you call that colour of bird is that a hen or cock can you lend me a tenner haha slan mo chara mick

dovescot posted a thread on a feeder he made looks like that whats your looking for its very well made and it should be dovescot hasnt much to do during the day his better half scrapes the loft fills the drinkers feeds the birds and everything else but it is well made and may well be what your looking for micko

but does make it easier for those of us who cant find our reading glasses

hi how much feed show birds get some have told me let them feed as much as they want others keep them hungery i feed my fantails twice a day morning a few hand fulls evening 3 scoops theres about 20 birds thanks micko

should fantails be given cod liver oil ?? if so how much and how often if not what should i be giving them to help through the moult and what should i be giving them over the winter to keep them in top condition thanks micko
