GO RAIBH MAITH AGAT THANK YOU for all the messages of support just a quick update the birds on the roof i got in the next morning i was up at first light rattling the tin it wasnt until i got 2 birds from the loft they seen them eating and came down today i got another 2 back which was great i didnt think jack would have noticed but he did as one was a grizzel i got him last week and a blood red with 2 white tail feathers so thats 2 dead 1 still missing to be honest the 2 that came back today i never thought i would have seen them again again thanks for the support mick

earlier i was feeling really really gutted i hate to see jack upset (we have all been there with are own children) and as anto will tell you jack really loves those fantail so no way am i going to take away jacks enjoyment IM NOT DOING THAT TO HIM so ill deal with the problem ill deal with it thanks for all the encouragement GO RAIBH MAITH AGAT THANK YOU

kev i agree 100% its not good for kids stuck in front of a TV or computer screen if kids have pigeons like jack he just wants out to the fantails rain hail or snow WELL DONE TOMMY if that red pied was a fantail i would be break your heart for it haha as i said before chara looking good and anto will look after you mick and jack

CHAIRDE FRIENDS I have been in bed since Sunday the early hours of Monday morning Roberta had to get the doctor for me another kidney infection the doc wanted me to go into hospital I refused so I'm on 10 day antibiotic and told if that didn't work I would have to go to the hospital for the drip I was at the show on Saturday and had jack with me that was the last I seen him so today the daughter called and I got up to see jack and nadine jack wanted his birds out so I put the bath down and we were watching the birds jack asked his granny for a cup of tea it was really cold here today so I was glad of the tea also Roberta bought it into the livingroom 2 minutes later and I mean 2 minutes jack ran out to his birds next thing he's in the livingroom a dead bird in his hands look granda I ran out 2 birds slaughtered in the bath another with half its tail pulled out A CAT ran up the trellis around the oil tank the birds weren't feed this morning I managed to get 8 into the loft 5 on the house roof and 3 God knows where I'm out at the loft from 3 o'clock shaking the tin at this stage I honestly have to wait until tomorrow and see what happens give it a lot of thought to will we still keep pigeons first 2 legged thieves now a 4 legged one that's bad enough but to watch jack upset for the second time in a few months standing crying its tearing my heart out I'm not on looking birds or anything just GUTTED

haha your having a laugh some fancier race other show BUT some do both and then you have fanciers like jack and me there eamon from shortcutlofts invited jack and myself down now I don't know a lot about racing or showing but I do ask questions eamon birds that he shows ALSO race and eamons birds did very well being shown in Dublin

paul mo chara (my friend) maybe someone afraid of you stealing their thunder if you could guarantee an extra 250 birds well that would be a very very big boost to that show extra bodies threw the door more money spent and the profits still going to the INFC and you handling the workload WHAT ARE THEY WORRIED ABOUT

i wouldnt like to see that happen but maybe its just to close to the dublin show and then next month ALL THE MONEY people haha will be heading to blackpool now i dont race or show jacks fantails haha but one big show with a big fancy section would be the ticket

I had a couple of the lads from Dublin who were up for the show stay and John Hall invited us down for a loft visit on the way down I was telling the lads johns house backed down onto the lough a really lovely part of Ireland the 2 lads were well impressed with the QUALITY of johns birds photo 2 anto derek and john

I would like to send congratulations to Phil (pigeon82) from Derry he was the top yb flyer in the club this year his first season well done mo chara (my friend) I was wondering what had paddymac worried looking haha jacks the handsome one Phil on the right and the ole fella holding jack paddymac haha
