Geophysical Activity Forecast: The geomagnetic field is expected to be at mostly quiet levels through day one (16 June) and the majority of day two (17 June). Late on day two, and through day three (18 June), quiet to isolated active conditions are possible due to glancing blow effects from the CME observed early on 14 June.

  8. Would all members please note that this weekends Leicester race has been postponed for 24hours. Basketting will now take place on Friday night for a Sunday Race. All clubs please note that pick up times will be the same as Brechin times. This will also apply for the Hastings race which will be Thursday marking.

  13. Here is the result of yesterdays Newark race. A very tough one with only a handful of birds making it on the day but thankfully quite a few turning up next morning. Result Newark oldbird.HTM

    Liberations

    NORTH OF SCOTLAND FED. Liberated approx. 700birds at Newark at 6.45a.m in no wind and clear skies. Birds cleared well in one batch. Good luck to all members
  24. Bright here in Peterhead about 12 miles south of Fraserburgh but dark looking out to the west. very, very light wind out of the east. Nothing to hamper them at this end. I've been watching for them going over but haven't seen them yet. Good luck.
  25. Well done to chris Donaldson. 1st north section, 90th open in a north east wind flying 420miles. Fantastic performance in his first ever old bird national. Heaven help us we now have 2 Donaldsons in PEterhead.
