eastbourne 186miles

My first channel race is coming up in a fortnights time my widowhood cocks have raced every race so far up to eastbourne (186miles) would it be advisable to rest them this week before they go over the water which is Clermont 300miles

Lincs Fed up at 6.30 from Eastbourne in a north east wind

lincs cost sunny not a cloud in the sky

lincs coast cloudy good vis though and a north eastly wind
