within the rules im sure you cant make anyone mark your bird , but i believe you can get them done at another club by there officials so ineffect they could use there systems , but i cant see how they could transport back ectra , but you could change your club in order to use it im sure secatarys if saw how easy it was to mark birds no need to write race sheets buy rubber most would accept it , its progress im sure they wouldnt be wanting to go back to working out velocitys by paper as soon as calculators were about they used the calculators and accepted it , then computers came as it made the secatarys job easier it was accepted , just a shame the ease of use of an ets system for secatarys and fanciers alike isnt acepted because your neighbouring clubs will be using them and getting better results no birds going clock shy and loosing races , ETS is here and wont go away people are using it and benifiting from it , dismiss it and fall behind
