  6. if there young birds there still growing ( as i know you only recently got loft sorted ) so better to leave there feed for 20 minutes then remove there feed , feed 2 ounce per 3 birds am and pm leave only for 20 minutes if your wanting them tame try feeding off yer hand not all will eat from your hand tho so ensure the more timid ones get a feed as well

  8. i think maybe a bit short on food especial as settling in to a new loft
  9. thought that was after you had a few too many pints
  10. im doing same after new year more air and light as long as ventilation doesn't have a straight path there shouldnt be a draught hence better from floor level to back or roof as these dont create draughts , only time i'd consider having a straight through draught would be if had 1ft of mesch at front of loft and back of loft at ground level but have hinged boards so can regulate the air flow
  11. what are you feeding them ??? and are you feeding them enough ?
  12. thats the one thats needs addressing , you hear of clubs folding around a good club flier and they cant get in any other clubs but same club reforms with near enough same members under a different name and good flier cant join , to me if you cant win without the true competision been in yer club , your only kidding yoursens and yer mates by shutting out the good fanciers thats only fault is to be better than the competision that there club mates are , bring back the sportsmanship , if they win , then learn to loose with dignity shake there hand and try harder next week , then next week they might be shaking yours
