think most clubs are having same problems our HQ keeps closing but same as fifer we kept using outbuilding sometimes with a generator , i think fanciers are the own worse enemy at times , its time to pull together to cut costs too many small clubs and Feds and a lot could combine and go down road together race as one club have sections in there own clubs if that's what they wanted but if nowts done in next 10 years I doubt anyone be racing without travelling miles to get to a basketing centre
  16. no harm in signing another Petition , getting legal rights to control is going to be the best option however , the protection granted should of been removed long ago as stated in the protection bill !!!!!! only way to get this highlighted would to bring London to a stand still and send all the transporters down there and get the big estate owners to drive there tractors there , then they'd might just listen
  17. yes its not as strong a colour the red bars are paler not as rich in colour but certainly not a dilute as in the sense of a yellow which would be more visibly noticeable but could be carrying dilute gene , have a red black splash cock breeds yellows with most birds i've paired him to hes carrying dilute the black splash denotes carrying the blue gene anyway mealy bred me a hen that flew 414 miles last year more important they do the task in front of them
  18. your right there white / near opaque in colour , I think mealy is dilute anyway I.e not red spread , not doing bad , hope yer ok hows the cats ????
  19. one of mine that's like it is a mealy
  20. just not polished and a fancy paper bag , it's all grown in mud in the fields , it's how it's harvested and stored / dried afterwards that counts , enjoy i'm certain your birds wont notice it's not in a branded bag
  21. If was me , I'd probably race it on but take a few off it , too make sure it's breeding winners before going to stock
  22. if you contact the npa secatary he will be able to put you in contact with breeders failing that try blackpool
