sounds like he paid last year no doubt will pay this year , some will go out of there way to make something out of nothing , surely they would have to message member to say x- amount is now owing failing to comply would result in debt suspension , but doesn't sound like things done on a friendly bases , but then again don't know reasons behind it all as said in other posts
