Well if stretched , more fanciers will talk about it word gets around then there's more bidders , then more chance of getting 2 or 3 fat wallets wanting same bird , only ones that benefit is the seller , My advice to everyone is stay away from Auctions and silly prices , yes by all means go to them get details of loft owner via pedigrees buy young birds at a set price direct , and if you can buy a bird you want at auction for a price your happy to pay then your a shrewd fancier , try not to get into a bidding war sometimes the other fancier will offer you young birds from the bird you wanted
