I would ask neighbours politly to keep there cats in there own garden and the reason why , if they still persist then photograph the cats in your garden, then warn your neighbour they will be removed if the cats persist and if they don't do something then remove the cats as you will have given them enough warning!

If its the rong one and it happens again it will cost you £100, they never complained again! Do you birds sit in the trees? Ask them to supply proof it was one of yours and not a wood pigeon or crow etc by means of a photograph, no proof no excuse to refuse!

i have often contacted newspapers and publishers to allow use of copy and have never been refused as long as credit is given.

These pieces of info are interesting and useful but the problem comes in that some of these vaccinations are not legal or approved over here. It also makes you wonder how many birds purchased from abroad are carriers without showing signs due to these treatments!
