  1. Well done mate. We have a small trip Sunday morning Cumbernauld to Wallyford and back, anyone need a turn let me know. Cheers Rab Smith
  2. Had many a good presentation night in years gone bye.Sadly they have become a thing of the past.Apathy has set in ,in a lot of organizations. Indeed some clubs don't even have prize cards.know of fed only gives card to winner.Bad Bad Bad. All the best in your quest to have a night hard to get enthusiasm now a days, maybe in conjunction with a wee race night, may help get your number up Good luck mate
  3. Well done Vic well pleased for you. You were right enough Derek (Sorry m8)
  4. It would seem we are a good example. Use to fly in the Midland fed (S.H.U)with Cumbernauld (Disbanded) Took a 7 year break due to working away,on our return we find our Sport is well and truly broken. Thus we joined Kilsyth Club (Glasgow) With RPRA. Now we done well enough,so we fancied a crack at the Y/B National. Joined SHU and joined SNFC No mean feat and at a cost.Add to this problems with getting measurements it was a nightmare Agree its time to join together not Divide. Anyone want to state where and when, and I'll be there,This is one almighty mess
  5. Vic is indeed a Gentleman who works hard for his Club.wish him all the best. Not sure if he in the West section though, Delboy

  13. Any one know what road this is on .been on google cant find it. Cheers Rab
  14. All good points, however as i have argued, why has S.H.U not promoted such projects.Lack of leadership. Why not get members of P/B to form a committee, in order to examine the thoughts and feelings of members, about the way forward Gareth is right when he spells out the doom and gloom of the future of our sport.its up to us to do something about it.If wedon'tt get off our butt soon it will indeed be to late. More than happy to be part on such a Committee, presenting the findings and proposals to S.H.U in order to get the feelings of the member over in a quest for change that will at least try and change the tretowardrdr oblivion. One other good point is, over my 40 years in the sport, it has been hard to argue Just who are the top fanciers. The leuge system will go a long way to telling you who is top dog in each area.It is by far the best measuring stick to use. While helping new starts get in at a fair level.
  15. I would like to see more direction from our unions.A move to more midweek racing at least with y/b. Some for of qualification created in both weather forcasting and reading the weather for controllers. I also think unions, should create a course on pigeon keeping, good practices, which can be used in order to get some kind of standards brought into one loft racing. Sorry to go on but you did ask. A round of eggs from someone who is on the fed results, most weeks.
  16. Thanks for your help mate
