not at all i need all the help i can get ive always flown sprint birds and widowhod. with the pigeon lung the loft will be open (once i move) so i am thinking of the long races. i am joining the bicc and the nfc ive never flown natral b4. a good mate said i wont handle being behind every week and when the lads at the club start thaking the mick i will go back to sprinting thats not what i want to do. is its best just to see them races as trainers to get the birds ready for the long ones or give them the expriance they need does anyone know of any books or dvds on 600-800 mile racing cheers

i would not go with that all my best stock birds have been late breeds some real minters if you can pick them you have a chance most flyers dont want to keep the late breeds and you have a lot better chance of getting well breed birds clearance sales are fine but you never know who as been there and had there pick b4 the sale id go for late breeds all the time

yeh love breeder buyers its very intresting to see how good you are at picking birds out to do it for you ive won cash in them over the years my view is there is to meny one loft races everyone is at it. it would be ok if the was just one or two in the uk thats my view anyway

thanks things have changed the bird i am on about was a 92 bird. the lad who had this pigeon was a greedy mupit. this bird won again the year after 3 or 4 times. this lad thougt he won the lacs combine so he toke this bird to his house for 4 days in a baskit.when he found out the bird was 2nd it was back on the pen and he sent it to niort never to be seen again i got the sire to this cock for nowt b4 the bird was raced lol

thats some doing ive had birds breed inland winers and then breed Niort winers whats about 540miles infact one son won a couple of inland races and won Rennes, Nants and Niort in the same year not for me though but breed me some good birds this cock was a lean boar sprint lines i think what breeding was your bird rose soz about the spelling lol

do birds that are breed to race 600-800 miles race or just home and can they score in the sprint races

one good thing about the rabbit hutch plan is the birds dont fly about in side. any set up needs to set up so the birds work about as much as pos insted of flying the werst dust is the dust that comes of the bird when they are flying and taking of

when i get a move!!! i am going to race from a avirey with deep boxes. i dont know wether to have a roof on the avirey. i think the rabbit hutch is hard work plus keath mott as a loft as well so he most of found it hard work. it must be a pain getting them to trap thats my view anyway

ive had loads of problums with mice over the years wire floors are good and dont leave the drinkers in at night stoped the problums some times you cant get rid of them if the people next door have chickins or dogs were they feed dry food you have no chance

was chating to the lads last night in the club about the ETS what happens if someone puts the pads on the outside of the loft i know the rules say they must be in the loft but the is some people who will do it to gain a egde
