all other garages will soon follow the 2 big companies, they know theres money to be made. fuel is so high due to the lack of it. and it will continue to go up in price.

you could kill an animal like a sheep or a cow. it has to be done on licensed property though. and you have to be licensed to kill it. i spent 2 years learning about killing animals.

if the dog is harming live stock he can, if the dog isnt most farmers will have it removed. most wont shoot dogs unless it is a desperate situation.

whats the chances of them dropping such a case? i would think the courts would make an example of such a situation.

sorry mate, but that doesnt make sense, why would someone offer you round for birds then set a dog on you? and how did you get the birds without the dog attacking you in the first place? were you expected to be there?

a farmer does have the right to shoot a dog if its attacking live stock...but first he has to give the owner a chance to retreive the dog. if he doesnt give you warning then he can be prosecuted. on the other hand all dogs should be controlled or never off the lead.

you dont have any, unless you pay mega money for the best lawyer money can get. then you would be lucky with a fine. its a protected animal, a pigeon isnt regardless of ownership. it isnt good for us or the pigeon.
