  8. EXCELLENT SUGGESTION ABOUT SNFC PURCHASING THESE TRANSPORTERS AND HIRING THEM OUT , BETTER CONDITION FOR BIRDS ,BETTER RETURNS WITH MORE BIRDS TO GO TO NATIONALS , SO MORE BIRDAGE INCOME FOR NATIONAL,APPEARS TO MAKE SENSE.
  9. The situation with the snfc transporter should be discussed at AGM with proposal of same being made , i am in agreemnt that a new one is required and the balance sheetappears strong enough to undertake this outlay
  10. I hope the weather is good for the YB season , we all have the birds best interest at heart, ,who really cares who wins young bird races and what corner they come from,if we gwt heavy lossoe with the youngsters a lot of dedicated fanciers may call it a day, good experienced race controllers with their finger on the pulse to see us through this season
  11. Sholud they charge more per bird for these races and less for the Inland races(these appear to be the races that make a profit) .The little numbers that attend these extreme distance races probable would pay more to have this race?
  12. There are many roads to rome , every year is different , good pigeons and a good system makes all the difference , its getting the good pigeons and keeping them the way racing is today .In our federation we lost most of our birds at under 200miles, yearlings and old birds and then you think the worst is over and then you get hammered every other week if you keep going to the end of the programme, so to succeed at the distance you probable have to put them away till June and then hammer them in training , fresh pigeons that have had the experience on another day
  13. THESE TWO GUYS ARE A CREDIT TO THE SPORT OF PIGEON RACING
  14. Good luck to Robert Wilson & Davie Jack
