They are just scare mongering you - If you get the form in with the dimensions then you should be ok. My first application for my big loft was referred as they feel 40ft is too much (In a 110ft long garden!!!) i argued my corner and it should now all be passed by 10th July. I dont know how the explain how they work but i do think they just like to send such rubbish to make you know your place in the scheme of things. Once i made it clear i would come out the property without the loft here they started to take me a little more seriously especially as i had another place ready to move into. Ps - Keep copies of any documents sent and also send such documents by recorded delivery at the very least! Best wishes

For Sale - Pigeon Loft - Built by Blakes 16ft x 6ft One section = 10ft and the other = 6ft Both sections now have small flights placed on them as this has been my stock loft for the last 2 seasons - The sections are included in the price but if someone doesnt want them i will knock a few £ off. The Loft is approx 4 years old and in very good condtion - It has been treated at least twice a year to help preserve the wood etc. The roof of the loft is both felted and also has tin on it. There is 8 nestboxes included if required. £500 ono The loft can either be taken in the next 14-18 days or on receipt of a deposit at the end of the season. Help can be given to dismantle

I have any birds for Scotland normally collected each Thursday and delivered to Friday. SPDS take the birds over the border and deliver the Scottish end - This service costs me £35 per delivery so cant complain.

It was the decision of the original poster to place it there.

I would if i could and know one of the south rd flyers takes his to London 3 days a week (150 miles)
