Ace our club got a lottery grant and purchased unikon systems for all the members so we're using it mate ;)

No Flyer it is a car power pack come engine starter that you can power the ETS with when you dont have electricity at the loft

DOES ANYBODY USE A POWER PACK AT THE MOMENT AND HOW LONG WILL THE UNIKON ETS SYSTEM RUN ON THE PACK AS I'M GONNAE GO AND GET WAN THIS WEEK AS I'M HOPING TO USE THE SYSTEM ON SATURDAY BUT WOULD JUST LIKE A FEW POINTERS AS TO LENGTH OF TIME IT WILL RUN FOR BEARING IN MIND IT ONLY HAS TO CLOCK ABOUT 20-25 BIRDS AT THE VERY MOST

Well we had a great race for our openning race here in Lanarkshire i've got 17 out of 17 thought i had a not bad wan but am 2 mins off the pace and ended up 10th in the club but it is an all pooler so will get the last share of the pools anyway ;D ;D ;D anyway full marks to the race control team for holding the birds as long as they did and gave us a very good race and here's to many more good races from them

Can mind being at my uncles years ago for an early race and the birds were expected to be quick and me and him were in changing the water just getting ready for the birds as he had been working and when he opened the drop bowl and just threw the water out all over his pooler who must've just landed :o ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Poor we thing got drooned and lost topping the fed by a yard after he got it in : : : but it was still 2nd west section 2nd open beaten by another club member

Had this problem with the light getting in asweel ED just stapled some black visqueen over the lower vents and let it flap about still lets the air in bit keeps it dark but i do have good ventilation at the top of the loft aswell

Just make sure you get it right coz they will be watching ;) ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
