Frank you are doing what the others are doing and twisting the rules to suit others but it shouldnae happen as rules are there for a reason and the only place to change them is at our fed AGM and i can never remember anybody from ther LSC asking at our last AGM if it was ok for the LSC to get doos from outside the LANARKSHIRE FED convoyed and sent in our fed for their club!!!
