Don't liberate tomorrow, wind is wrong for me. Wrong of coarse it is. Strong winds should not mean that a race is postponed or we leave ourselves open to such critisim. Only bad weather should mean a race being put back or we open a can of worms that will always be open to debate. Whats your views?

Ive talked to John Bird five days ago, still no response from owner. I will now report to the scottish and owner can send for him.
