a good race horse will win inspite of you .a top trainer is a trainer that atracks more owners and horses sometimes than a good horseman.he will have.a bigger waistage rate amongst the numbers of horses in training..high prices in horses can be caused by fashion ..agents ..stud farm hype.. good peromance history of offspring due to a high volume of foals..perhaps the best guide to sucess is the mare that breeds winners to a number of stallions and a lot of good fortune .many an underbidder at an auction will tell you about the one that went on to win a big race.in our case the derby at epsom but we might have got it and gone gone jumping 3 years past its sell by date after having it gelded :-/.so big cash for pigeons like horses is down to market forces.cheque book racing.against stockmanship..both will require goodfortune :)I hope you all get some ,only after ive had mine first

Interesting the use of red cell in pigeons,in horse racing it is used to boost the red cell count if a horses is wrong, it helps kick start the red cell count and then the horse should be able to maintane the level due to food and training if its well.An over high blood count can have an adverse reaction indicating over training There is better stuff than red cell .but it has to be stopped 14 days before racing due to sustances not naturaly produced by a horse (ASK YOUR VET)..but not continued once the horse can maintaine a high red blood cell level. As for pigeons best listen to the ones who have tested red cell on their own birds .Interesting though :-/

AT WHAT PRICE WOULD YOU START ASKING QUESTIONS?

I have delt with three people on this site they have not only sold to me the pigeons as advertised ,but also helped with the transport in one case, and gifted some other pigeons to me to help me get started.High prices are a draw back to me at the moment and along with my lack of knolledge as to pedigrees would prevent me in buying some of the birds on this site,But in life you treat people as you find them, and on the threads you can read between the lines. Its a good thing that people ask questions even if it is uncomfertable for the seller .remember the buyer is always right, thats if you realy want the money. It can get a bit personal at times but life would be very dull if you all agreed with each other. Great webb site.

Telford show no birds on the stalls but they where all out side in the vans so you pick them of the stalls on paper and go and look at them in the car park .so how stupid was that.they might as well all been let in.PLENTY OF BUYERS AT THE AUCTION £3OOO TOP LOT .

We both agree you have the right to protect your animals .On that.Badgers carry TB. Foxes kill our chickens.we even lost two horses through selmonella caught of wild birds(BUZZARDS), all have their supporters in towns and countryside even storming parliment.Bird flu is knocking on the door dangerous to mankind by mutation of virus and pandemic :-/ ,but they would still come out of the woodwork to champion the cause of wildlife protection :-/
-
havent seen the article..But I cant see that ever happening it will bring every tree hugger out that there is aswell as the RSPB...Very tricky and sensitive issue culling wildlife. :-/
